So everyone knows, we would like to state that Sora Scans no longer wants anything to with Kuu Scans. I provided an explanation for my actions and they were justified. I do not want to justify my hobby anymore, that is completely legal with no kind of hostility behind it. Here are some facts that I want all of you to know:
1. I started this group for fun - did not want any kind of competition with anyone.
2. We do not just focus on speed. Our staff operates efficiently and communicates well - speed is the result of that.
3. Kuu Scans does not own Air Gear. And Air Gear is just a popular as Bleach or Naruto, all having multiple translators - so why not Air Gear.
4. I did talk to the admin of Kuu Scans personally, I thought everything was fine. I offered for us collaborate on Air Gear. I did not get a response! I generated some statistics where the traffic was coming from and found multiple topics with our links. And in those forum topics I saw Kuu Scans ridicule our group, quite childishly. All of our staff members respected their quality work, but they didn't respect ours.
5. We do not consider Kuu Scans work pointless. You will decide what you want.
6. We will continue to scanlate Air Gear even if Kuu Scans gets ahead of us.
7. We will not begin acting rudely towards Kuu Scans' members even though I said we do not want anything to do with them. Kuu Scans' members are free to post here, join the forum or join our irc channel - #sora @ irc.irchighway.net!
So please, do not post such topics in the forum. I'm getting tired of this. But as long as its not out of control and the same thing has not been answered previously, it will be allowed.

Anyone requesting the same page or file more than 10 times continuously, will be banned. Someone just requested the same file over 300 times and increased the server load dramatically. I banned them. I have no problem doing it again.

Wow! Several updates in one day...Anyways, please welcome Wingzy. An experienced cleaner from Bleach7 is joining our group. This would be a great addition to our team. Please welcome him with respect!
Edit: I know the download speeds are not good. My hosts can no longer support downloads with reasonable speed. I'm going to start asking for donations for a VDS/VPS or a Dedicated Server.

To those who know, we are sorting out the dilemma with Kuu Scans. Also, my other host was finally approved. I added mirrors to each download on the media page.
Edit: I talked with the admin of Kuu Scans and everything seems rather OK. We will continue the next release with a small delay.

Hi! Sora Scans is now finally online! I have finally found a translator and we have begun the process of releasing chapter 147. I have bought two hosts and depending on what kind of feedback we receive and what kind of download speeds & response times I experience, I might starting asking for donations to get a Virtual Dedicated Server (at least). That's it, cya all soon!
